Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dual Camera app (“the app”).

1Acceptance

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2License

The app grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control.

3Free & Pro features

• Free: unlimited photo capture in all capture modes. Free exports include a small watermark.
• Pro: unlocks video recording in all capture modes, AI Smart Crop subject tracking, and watermark-free exports.

4In-app purchases & subscriptions

Pro is available as:

• A weekly auto-renewable subscription
• A yearly auto-renewable subscription
• A one-time lifetime purchase (non-consumable, no recurring charges)

Reference prices: $2.99/week, $9.99/year, $19.99 lifetime (US prices; actual prices may vary by region and are always shown in the app before purchase).

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew.

Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and work on all devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Use “Restore Purchase” in the app’s Settings to restore a previous purchase.

5Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to process refunds directly.

6User content

Photos and videos you create with the app are your property. We claim no ownership of your content. All content stays on your device unless you choose to share or export it.

7Prohibited use

You agree not to use the app for illegal purposes, to circumvent purchase requirements, to reverse-engineer or modify the app, or to create content that violates the rights of others.

8Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of content or data.

9Device compatibility

Dual orientation capture works on all supported devices running iOS 17.0 or later. Dual Cam (simultaneous front + rear) requires the multi-camera hardware in iPhone XS or later.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11Apple terms

These Terms supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where the two conflict, Apple’s EULA takes precedence.
